Terms of Use

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms cover your use of KidsEatFree.today, both the website and our apps. By using KidsEatFree.today you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we do

We list restaurants that offer free or discounted kids meals, with the days, times and conditions we've verified. KidsEatFree.today is free to use.

Deals can change without notice

Restaurants set their own promotions and can change or end them at any time, and franchise locations of the same chain often run different deals. We work to keep every listing accurate, but we can't guarantee that a deal is still running, that its terms are exactly as listed, or that a restaurant will honor it. Please confirm with the restaurant before you go, especially if you're driving a distance.

KidsEatFree.today isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the restaurants we list. Some featured spots in the app may be paid placements from restaurants.

Deals and reports you send us

When you submit a deal or report a problem, you're telling us what you believe to be accurate. You give KidsEatFree.today permission, free of charge and without time limit, to use, edit, publish and share what you send as part of the service. We may decide not to publish a submission, and we may edit or remove any listing.

Please don't send anything false or misleading, or anything you don't have the right to share.

Using the service fairly

Please don't:

• copy our listings in bulk, or use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect them;
• try to get around our rate limits, spam protection or other security measures, or interfere with how the service runs;
• submit fake deals, fake reports or spam;
• use the service to break the law or to harm anyone.

We may block anyone who does.

No guarantees

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KidsEatFree.today won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss that comes from a deal being unavailable, different from its listing, or not honored. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to $100.
